We build companies
the internet made
possible — then own them.
Black Iris Holding is a private holding company. We build focused, internet-native businesses — each purpose-built for its market, each operated under unified ownership. We do not build products for exits. We build systems for permanent ownership.
"The internet is the greatest infrastructure for building scalable, ownable businesses ever created. We intend to use it fully."
Each entity in our portfolio is designed to operate independently, generate its own revenue, and contribute to the unified system. No fragmentation. No dilution. Controlled growth through precision ownership.
One parent.
Multiple assets.
Zero fragmentation.
Black Iris Holding LLC is the parent entity. All portfolio companies are wholly-owned subsidiaries. The holding company provides strategic direction, capital allocation, and operational oversight. Each subsidiary operates with its own brand, systems, and customer relationships.
This structure allows each company to be singular in focus while benefiting from shared ownership, resources, and long-term thinking that external investors cannot provide.
Each entity acquires attention, converts demand, and scales monetization — all within a unified system.
Currently operating PhantomSuite (digital products and creator monetization) and White Tiger Marketing (growth marketing for service businesses), with one entity currently in incubation.
Built and operated
by a single principal.
Black Iris Holding is founder-operated. There are no committees, no external boards, and no dilution of strategic authority. Decisions are made quickly, accountability is direct, and the mission is undiluted.
"We don't build products. We build systems. Each company is a component — not a project. The holding structure is the strategy."
Five rules we
operate by.
-
01
Build for ownership, not exit.
Every company is built to be held indefinitely. We do not optimize for acquisition multiples or investor narratives. We optimize for operational control and long-term cash flow.
-
02
Each company must operate independently.
Subsidiaries run on their own systems, their own teams, and their own revenue. The parent provides capital and direction — not dependency or bureaucracy.
-
03
Internet-native means built for scale by default.
Every entity in the portfolio is designed to grow without proportional cost increases. If it cannot scale on the internet, we do not build it.
-
04
Revenue before vanity. Operations before narrative.
We measure success in cash flow and operational control. Not press coverage, not valuations, not follower counts. Numbers that matter are numbers that compound.
-
05
Control is control over outcomes, not people.
Authority flows through systems and incentives. The holding structure exists to protect long-term vision from short-term pressure — not to control individuals.
